About the Position
Vice President Regional Operations- Texas
This position will report directly to the President of EPIC Real Estate Solutions. We are seeking a dynamic management executive who can be based in the Texas area and help support our growth and commitment client service.
Manage a team of 10-15 direct reports, in multiple locations
Ensured implemented tools, policies, procedures meet the needs of both internal and external clients
Provide high level process and procedures related to the title and escrow processes
Work with EPIC’s clients to ensure comprehensive written search and examination standards as dictated by the underwriters
Ensure client SLA’s are adhered and compliance with all regulatory requirements, as well as current and pending applicable rules, laws and regulations.
Handle daily escalation issues and subject matter expertise
Ensure production statistics are analyzed on a daily basis to ensure the business unit objectives and thresholds are being fulfilled within service level agreements
Expand coverage of existing title and escrow products consistent with our strategic goals
Direct the regional teams to ensure all staff complete assigned work with highest degree of customer service, quality of work, while leveraging innovative solutions and technology

Requirements:
Position Qualifications- The ideal candidate will have the following:
7-10 years industry experience in the title insurance and escrow industry; additional experience within the mortgage lending industry, vendor management or legal fields is a plus
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills coupled with a strong work ethic
Proven problem solving skills and ability maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors and internal staff.
Must possess good decision making, planning and problem solving skills.
Experience in developing training processes, procedures and guides
A four year degree from an accredited university is preferred
Ability to work in a cross functional and multi-cultural environment
Able to identify issues make recommendations and implement changes
Ensures staffing levels meet company expectations in quality and quantity.
Superior management skills, ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management and staff.
